If you break the traffic rules, you have to do a safety certificate course
The new rules will take effect in November 2021. Based on this rule you already have a driving license and if you break the traffic rules you have to pass your safety certificate course. You will have 3 months to complete this refresher course. The Aadhaar card of the driver who has completed this course will be attached to the driving license. So that their driving can be tracked. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is now tightening its grip on safe driving. Drivers of two-wheelers without helmets and police will cross the toll plaza. A system is also being launched for it. It will take footage of a bike riding without a helmet and tear up its memo.
