2) Specialists
• General Medicine: 01 Post

Total Posts: 20

Educational Qualification:

1) Sr. Residents : MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diploma in concerned speciality from Government recognised universities/ colleges.

2) Specialists : PG Degree or equivalent (after MBBS) with minimum 3 years’ Experience after acquiring PG Degree / PG diploma with minimum 5 years’ experience in respective specialty after acquiring PG Diploma.

3) Super Specialists : DM/DNB in Neurology / Gastroenterology with 03 years of experience.

Age Limit: 45 Years of Residents and 67 years of Specialists or Super Specialists.

How to Apply ?:

• The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form (Annexure-A) should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopy of the relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photographs. Applicants are advised to report to the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) on the dates of interview up to 11:00 AM, any application received thereafter will not be entertained.

Selection Process: Selection Based on Final Interview.

Application Fee:

• Rs 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/Bankers Cheques payable in favour of ESI Fund A/C No. 1′ payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fees. No other mode of payment will be entertained.
