Marksheet of Std.10,11 and 12 (as applicable)

(Note: Marksheet of last attempt)

The marksheet of all the courses done after Std.10 has to be uploaded.

Specimen of race (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST)

Bank passbook

Receipt of fee payment (certificate of fee waiver if fee is waived)

LC (School Leaving Certificate)

Bonofide Certificate (if applicable)

School College Eye Card (if any)

Hostel Certificate (if the student lives in a hostel)

Break Affidavit Certi

(Notarized Break Affidavit Certificate in Stamp Paper if the student has a gap of more than 1 year during the study)
